Mileage- Base Rate cover the first 10 miles. Overage is billed at $2.00 per mile.

Zero Tolerance Policy For Intoxicating Substances
KIDD UP maintains a zero-tolerance policy with regard to drug and alcohol use. We are
committed to ensuring our services and workplace remain free from the effects of drugs
and alcohol to promote the health and safety of all our drivers and passengers.
1. Prohibited Conduct: Drivers are strictly prohibited from using, possessing, or being
under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance while providing transportation
services or while logged into the company’s digital platform.
2. Reporting Suspected Violations: If you suspect a KIDD UP driver or personnel is under
the influence of drugs or alcohol, please report this immediately via the following
channels:
• Direct Line (24/7): Call or Text 844-454-3387
• City of Dallas Reporting: Passengers may also notify the City of Dallas by
dialing 3-1-1.
3. Immediate Action & Suspension: Upon receipt of a complaint alleging a violation of
this zero-tolerance policy, the driver shall be immediately suspended pending an
internal investigation. The suspension will remain in place until the investigation is
concluded, and the driver is either cleared or terminated.
4. Termination: Any driver found to be in violation of this policy will be permanently barred
